Exchange Policy
You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving the items, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. The first exchange from our warehouse will be covered by us. However, subsequent exchanges will incur delivery costs.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the items are received and processed at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days from the date of delivery for refunds to be issued. You will receive a notification once the refund is completed. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
